Original Backpackers is in Kings Cross and a two minute walk from the station! You’ll be in a central location and close to shops, pubs, nightclubs, and restaurants.

Room options

There is a great selection of rooms available from mixed, female only, and private. All dorms have fridges, linen, free breakfast and Wi-Fi is available. You’ll have access to the BBQ, lounge, TV room, kitchen, and laundry facilities.

There are 4 bed dorm, 8 bed dorms, and 10 bed dorms available as mix and female only options.

But if you prefer your own space, there’s a variety of private rooms available. Private rooms available are single, double (double bed), twin (two single beds), triple, four bed dorm, and six bed dorms.

The single, double, and twin rooms also have the option of a private bathroom.

Original Backpackers is a great central location in Sydney and a short walk to Kings Cross Station. You’ll be able to use public transport with ease to get around Sydney or do a half an hour’s walk and reach the Opera House. The Royal Botanic Garden Sydney is also a short walk to enjoy an afternoon stroll.
